Laura: I have a soup cookbook that I've been enjoying as of late. Now that I've found your blog I'll be trying out your recipes!
ReplyDeleteMr. loves lentil soup so he'll have your recipe this week! Thanks for sharing! naturegirl
Just made this soup tonight, as it seemed the perfect thing to throw together on a Sunday night--for lunches during the week. It came out incredibly well--so tasty! Such a good return on so little work! I always think that lentils taste best peppery, so there were quite a few turns of the pepper mill. I also added a dash of (local) chili powder. Thank you!
