Ergos, ladybugs, & fractals

Rebecca and I are featured in a full page ad for Ergo!

We have quite a few baby wearing choices around here. We started with a pouch, tried a stretchy wrap for a few weeks, used our mei tai every single day for months, ventured into the world of woven wraps, and ended up loving the Ergo the most. I just wish we’d found it sooner.

Rebecca is 19 months old now and will bring the Ergo to us when she wants to go up on someone’s back. We use it constantly and I can’t wait to use it this summer on our trip to the Bay of Fundy. It is an absolute essential for anyone attempting to work from home with a baby or a toddler. Many orders are picked and packed with a toddler on my back.

That said, a few months back I sent a photo from this blog of us at the farmers market to Ergo, just because we loved it so much. It was exciting to get a message in return saying that they wanted to use it for one of their advertisements.

After being quiet about this for months, I’m so excited to show it to you!

It is a full page advertisement being published in this month’s Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine, and in the states in the printed version of The Bump. I will post an update once I see it in print.

Here it is in their newsletter:

  1. Wow!
That's really cool...congrats. I love it when companies use "real" people who actually use and like their products to advertise.

    Happy Weekend!

  3. That is something to keep for your little girl to see when she's older! So cool!

I love the Ergo too. Love it. It's so worth the hype and the expense to me, and I totally get why some people have more than one. I can't even imagine any other carrier!
